On May 20, the SEA Track team came in third at the CYM championships for Division 1 boys. There were a lot of great and gutsy performances. We are so proud of the boys for how they ran and performed. Congratulations!

 | SEA Students Sing at the Blue Rocks
Congratulations to the Academy Singers and the Academy Chorus for their terrific performance at the Wilmington Blue Rocks on Saturday, May 19. The boys sang the National Anthem in front of a crowd of almost 5,000 people! Great job, guys!

| | 6th Grade Travels to Tanzania via Skype
On April 24, both 6th grade classes had the chance to learn about life in Africa through a Skype conference with Tanzania. They talked with Mrs. Donna Downs’ s son and daughter-in-law who are living there for six months. Dr. Jen Downs is doing AIDS research and Dr. David Downs teaches in a Seminary School. Each class spent about 20 minutes in live time asking questions about the country. The students learned about Tanzanian culture, food, dress, language, animals, the environment, homes, electricity, and much more.
