FROM the DESK of the PRINCIPAL

Dear SEA Families,
Can you believe we are coming down to the wire for the 2016-2017 school year? Yikes--time flies!  I just received the schedule for my son, Drew, to highlight the last few weeks of high school and the numerous events.  Wow is high school expensive during the last month- between the prom tickets, Baccalaureate dinner, graduation parties, formal wear, and other events, I need to take out a loan!  Luckily it is all wonderful, and I look forward to the many moments spent with Drew before he starts on his college journey. As we shift into May on Monday... [Click here for more.]

CONVEY YOUR 2017-2018 PLAN TO US
If you plan to re-enroll your son for the 2017-2018 school year, but have not yet returned his contract, please do so as soon as possible. Please contact George Jefferson or Pete Duncan with questions.

FROM THE THOS P. SWEENEY LIBRARY

Our spring Scholastic Book Fair was another successful reading event! Our sales total for the week was just under $3,800. Thank you so very much for supporting this library program. The boys were very excited to see the selection of books that we received.

We are getting very close to our $1,000 goal for this year.  Please continue to save box tops for the library  We will have our final Box Tops Blitz the week of May 8th. We have currently raised $850 for the year.
Mark your calendar: Our Summer Reading Barnes and Noble Night will take place on Tuesday, May 16th at the Concord Pike location. We have also partnered with Grub Burger in the Concord Mall.  A portion of all sales made that evening at Grub will also be donated to the school library.

SUMMER THEATRE AT ST. EDMOND'S

Our annual fund campaign year runs through June 30th and all gifts received on or before that date will receive credit in this year's Annual Report of Donors. Please note, that in previous years many families chose to make their Annual Fund gift via their State of Delaware bus subsidy which was eliminated after the fall election season. We hope those families will consider making a direct contribution to SEA at the same level or greater than last year's subsidy of $78. Thank you for your support!  Please click here to make your gift online now.
