FROM THE DESK OF THE PRINCIPAL
Dear SEA Families,
We all know that adolescence is a stressful time, with major changes -physical, mental, and emotional. It is during this time that “strong feelings of stress, confusion, fear, and uncertainty, as well as pressure to succeed, and the ability to think about things in new ways, influence a teenager's problem-solving and decision making abilities.” (Stanford Children’s Health)

As a boys’ lower and middle school, we need to understand these changes and find ways to connect with our students so the boys have someone to go to if needed. As a principal, I am always worried about the mental health of our students. Sometimes, you can see it on a boy’s face, but more often, you cannot. JR. KINDERGARTEN RETURNS THIS FALL
We are happy to announce that our JK program returns for AY 2019-2020. Since 2009, the JK program has been a fantastic early entry point to a student's SEA journey. We already have an increase in prospective interest for JK in Fall, but if you know of any families whose son turns 4 by August 3rd, please ask them to contact Pete in Admissions.

There is no school Wednesday, June 5th. We've changed things around for Thursday, June 6th. Here's a general idea of how the day will go...

TWO SPECIAL LIBRARY EVENTS TONIGHT

LANCER CUP TAKING PLACE MONDAY, 6/17
In celebration of our 60th anniversary year, we are hosting this year's golf outing at the beautiful Bidermann Golf Club. SUMMER THEATER OFFERINGS ON CAMPUS
Now that Peter Pan, Jr. is happy history, it is a good time to imagine your young actor's next move. Consider joining one of the summer programs here at Saint Edmond's. SEA'S 49th ANNUAL BASKETBALL CAMP
We are offering up to four weeks for the 2019 SEA Basketball Camp. Our incoming 1st & 2nd Grade group will be a CO-ED, Full-Day camp (8:30am-3pm). Our incoming 3rd to 8th Grade group will be a FULL DAY camp as well (8:30 am-3pm). For more info or to register, please click here
RYAN HOLSTEN BASEBALL ACADEMY
The Ryan Holsten Baseball Academy will host a 2-week Summer Camp at SEA.
Camp dates are July 22-25 and July 29-Aug 1. Students will learn the fundamentals of hitting, throwing, catching, running the bases & more! Space is limited! Click here for more information.
