FROM THE DIRECTOR OF THE LOWER FORM
Dear Academy Families,
Last Thursday, several members of our administrative team attended a conference hosted by The Association of Delaware Valley Independent Schools (ADVIS). The topic was about championing your brand and cultivating brand ambassadors. I had never thought of schools as having a brand because it seemed too business-minded. However, as our presenter elaborated, I really began to understand...  [Click here to finish.]
TRUNK or TREAT WITH US IN JUST 2 WEEKS
Have you reserved your tailgate spot for Saturday, October 19th. There will be tailgate-style ‘Trunk or Treating, music, food and fun for sure! We are currently asking families, sport teams, or homerooms to sign up to host a trunk. The event is also open to the community so share with a friend!
WALKING FOR MRS. O, MR. D and MANY MORE
Last year, we proudly walked as Team Billy D the Kidney. Two days after the walk, Bill D'Amato received a kidney at Christiana Hospital. Miracles DO happen! Prayers, donations and participation continue to help those with chronic kidney disease!
This year, we will walk as Team SEA to give thanks to the donor and the donor family who gave Bill the life-saving kidney and for another member of the SEA family, Diane Ostapchenko! Diane is a member of the SEA faculty who is in need of a kidney transplant. Please consider being a member of Team SEA to give thanks and to show support only the SEA family can do! Again, prayers, donations and
participation are key. We would love to see a large number of the SEA faithful, decked out in their SEA gear, at the Wilmington Riverfront at Frawley Stadium on Sunday, October 27th! Our team goal is to raise
$3,000 to help the Kidney Foundation continue to do the life-saving work they do! To register, please click here.
REMINDER FROM OUR ADMINISTRATIVE TEAM
We want to remind everyone that students are not permitted to call home to arrange for a parent to pick them up. Any change in dismissal plans must go through the Nurse, Main Office, Academic Director or Registrar. Please help us enforce this.
